no autofocus (nka print pa naman dun sa likod ng burst sa tabi ng camera lens "5mp autofocus" pffft!! kalokohan) pag ni open nyu na yung camera app then try nyo yung autofocus feature hindi gumagana meron lalabas na box kunwari pero wla naman nanyayre. unlike dun sa flare and titan na totoo yung autofocus. hindi joke joke lang
Ayan po yung actual na specs nya kahit i research nyu po sa internet. I do not know if yung sa original na XOLO a500 eh totoo yung specs nya pero so far sa nahahawakan q na mga cherry mobille burst eh fake tlga yung specs. Dapat tlga may mag reklamo at kasuhan ng false advertizing yang cherry mobile company n yn. Akala ng mga tao makukuha nila eh yung katulad nung nka specify sa mga advertisements nila. Wla lang ako time, pera at kaalaman para mag file ng ganung reklamo. So yan lang po yung sa hardware, lets move on sa Build quality
BUILD QUALITY
one good thing na nagustuhan q sa burst eh yung build quality nya. Sturdy yung body then yung concave nya na likod eh comfortable sa kamay. Plus eh mas slim sha kupara sa cherry mobile flare. As of sa LCD naman watch out dun sa WHite shadow dun sa upper and lower part ng screen. Meron kc yung ibang unit na maxadong mahigpit yung kabit ng LCD kea namumuti yung taas or sa baba. Regarding more sa LCD, mapapansin nyo na pag titignan nyo mula sa sides yung LCD eh makikita nyo na medyo mas bright yung edge ng LCD. Gnun po tlga yun kc hndi naman mataas na quality yung LCD nya.
KNOWN DEFECTS
When you first buy this unit, look out for dead pixels sa screen and yung white shadows sa upper and lower part ng lcd. Snap on kc yung pag lagay ng lcd nya so meron mga units na mashadong mahigpit yung kabit ng LCD kea namumuti na parang may nka pindot or may pressure na nka stress don sa screen.
Actually nka dalawang palit ako ng Unit sa tindahan dahil sa defects. First time q binalik eh yung white shadows nga dun sa upper part ng screen. Then yung pangalawang palit q eh yung mahina yung right channel ng headphone jack. Be cautious sa pag bili ng mga unit sa cherry mobile kc china made lang naman lahat yong tinda nila.
CAMERA FLASH ISSUE
I do not know if defect ba to or talagang gnito lang. Yung mga pinapalitan q kc na dalawang burst q na nauna mahina yung flash. Tignan nyo nalang sa attached picture q dto sa blog kung gano ka weak yung flash. Pag ginamit nyo yan sa totally dark na lugar eh walang kwenta. NI hindi manlang nya maiilawan ng katiting yung paligid so pag nag shot kau sa pitch black darkness eh black na picture makikita nyo, totally wla kayong makikita kundi itim unless super close dun sa ppicturan nyo yung shot(like 3inches or so) which is really useless.
SOFTWARE(OS)
when you get this unit bale nka cherry mobile stock rom sha. If di nyu po alam kung ano yung rom, i research nyu po muna sa google para maintindihan nyu yung mga sasabihin q :) sorry po tinamad nq mag explain kc maxado n malayo mararating ng blog n to.
So yung rom nya na nka default. kahit wla pa kayo iniinstall na madami eh mabagal na sha agad dahil sa dami ng Bloatware na preinstalled sknya(research nyu po BLoatware). bale tadtad sha ng apps na di nyo kelangan . dahil din po sa dami ng Bloatware n yon eh halos less than 12mb ram nalang yung natitira kea laging nag hhang yung cellphone kahit wala pa kayong iniinstall na additional na apps. usually nangyayari lang yon after q i update yung mga preinstalled apps like facebook, viber etc. Ang solution na ginawa q eh pinalitan q yung rom nya ng custom rom mula dun sa "cherry mobile burst group" sa facebook(tnx mga brad :) hehe ) after q ininstall yung custom rom nila tska palang umayos yung cp q.
so ang point q lang dito eh palpak yung software na provided ng cherry mobile para sa BUrst to the point na hindi mo tlga sha papakinabangan dahil kada open mo ng apps eh nag ffreze sha. If papalitan nyo naman yung Rom nya ma vvoid yung warranty so be carefull on making a decision if gusto nyo sha installan ng custom rom.
CONCLUSION
Its your choice if you still want to buy this phone. my blog is just a warning para hindi kau reklamo ng reklamo after nyo bilin yung bust. Im just giving you a chance to know about the things na hindi nyo probably i expect sa unit n to kc ganon yung nangyari sakin. RIght now im in good terms with this phone thanks to the facebook cherry mobile burst group. They make up for the errors ng cherry mobile, making this phone usable and enjoyable. IF yo already bought the phone, i suggest na i search nyo sila sa facebook and seek solutions sa mga problem na ma encounter nyo. thanks for reading :) God bless.
